Bartender
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, including house specials and seasonal offerings
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
- Operate POS system for order entry and payment processing
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed throughout shift
- Clean and maintain bar area, glassware, and equipment to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to support food service and overall guest experience
- Assist in setting up and closing down bar operations, including cash handling and inventory counts
- Uphold venue policies and local alcohol regulations
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- At least 2 years of bartending experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of drink preparation and bar tools
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
