Bartender

Responsibilities


  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, including house specials and seasonal offerings
  • Engage with customers to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
  • Operate POS system for order entry and payment processing
  • Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed throughout shift
  • Clean and maintain bar area, glassware, and equipment to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with team members to support food service and overall guest experience
  • Assist in setting up and closing down bar operations, including cash handling and inventory counts
  • Uphold venue policies and local alcohol regulations


Qualifications


  • Must be 21 years of age
  • At least 2 years of bartending experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of drink preparation and bar tools
  • Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
